Vilgax- Voiced by Steven Blum

He’s the main villain of the first season of “Ben 10″. He’s just crazy for getting “Omnitrex” to rule the universe. Most of the Ben’s enemies in season one are because of him only. He actually appears in front of Ben in the season finale episode. He has merged Kevin 11 and Doctor Animo with him in his quest for “Omnitrex”. He has destroyed five planets and created black hell as well. He’s one of the most feared alien in the galaxy. Everybody is so scared of him that no biological form is ready to work for him. This is the reason why his entire crew includes robots only.

He claims that he is master of the ‘Omnitrix’ and can unlock it easily. Vilgax has a sort of psychic link with Ben, as Ben realizes about his arrival on earth in advance. In the end of season one, he’s destroyed along with his ship, but at the end of season two it is shown that he’s still alive. He teleported put of ship just at the time of explosion. He also remains in Null void for thirty years, but manages to escape afterwards. Now Ben defeats him and teas him apart, but Dr. Animo revives him in new advanced form. Now he becomes lased with many inbuilt weapons. Eventually Ben and Gwen defeat him once again and this time by freezing him into a river.
